What we do
Facilitate low or no cost spay and neuter services to pet owners
Provide pet owners with vaccinations at low or no cost in order to help prevent diseases
Active support in emergency search and rescue efforts; frequently fostering dogs until they are adopted
Rescue dog from local kill-shelters that are scheduled to be euthanized.
All Mell's Mutts dogs are fixed, vaccinated, dewormed, and medicated for fleas prior to any adoption.
How we do this work
We are a foster based organization, and do not have a physical facility.
Rescued dogs are fostered and nurtured by volunteers throughout the Fresno community.
This work is done solely on financial and in kind donations. The more donations we receive, the more adoptable pets we can spay/neuter and rescue.
